Update following the March 19, 2024 City Council Meeting: Due to a lack of motion the original proposed ordinance to Establish Rules and Regulations Permitting the Use of Utility Vehicles in the City of Marshall failed. A revised version of the ordinance with two changes was proposed at this same meeting and passed a first reading.
